I’m Georgina, an executive coach and business owner with 20 years experience as an international head-hunter. I am passionate about supporting leaders and teams during times of transition and change; helping them achieve their goals and aspirations in a sustainable, fulfilling way.
MY BACKGROUND
​During my 20 year corporate career, I have experienced a number of my own transitions. These have included international relocations, organisational changes and more recently, setting up my own company, re-qualifying and following my passion.

As a head-hunter and business leader, I was fortunate to work with a multitude of global brands. Through the experience I gained in supporting these organisations navigate the complexities of talent attraction, onboarding and retention, I recognised the value and importance of coaching as a leadership tool. My coaching style is focused on providing encouragement, insights and strategies tailored to the challenges and opportunities faced by professionals in career transition.​​​
I believe that coaching is a powerful way to support executives in enhancing their leadership capability, self-awareness, confidence and by supporting their wellbeing. I believe that it enables both individuals and organisations to get the best from each other.

I am passionate about increasing female representation at the leadership level and believe that coaching and development can make a significant impact in advancing the careers of many women, as well as contributing towards building and sustaining a more inclusive environment.
