MY COACHING

My clients have included a breadth of individuals from tech founders to global divisional leaders and consulting partners.

I have most experience working with individuals in transition:

 

  • those on the promotion path seeking to upskill or improve confidence in order to successfully step up and be impactful.

  • those transitioning into a new role requiring increased leadership capability and organisational deliverables.

  • those onboarding into a new organisation which requires navigating new systems, processes and relationships whilst simultaneously delivering key objectives.

Achieving a promotion can be hard work and competitive.

Embedding into a new role can be daunting and tough to navigate. The first 6-12 months are often the most challenging, where people need extra support to ensure integration, retention and to set them up for long-term success.
